The Smithville High School Ag Department has a rich history of raising the next generation of farmers, ranchers, and workers in the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources industries. We are preparing students for a role in many future careers through certifications and credentials in floral design, veterinary assistant, and general industry safety. We are continuing the traditional FFA involvement in livestock shows and leadership development, while encouraging agricultural mechanics skills related to welding and manufacturing.
