The ALL ATHLETIC PROGRAM FUNDRAISER will be held and conducted by USA Fundraiser and will be a phone/text fundraiser. Our athletes will be reaching out to the community by phone/text Wednesday January 29th.

ATTENTION SMITHVILLE TIGER COMMUNITY! We will be holding an ALL ATHLETICS PROGRAM (BOYS & GIRLS) FUNDRAISER WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29th! We will be using these funds to help provide all our sports with equipment and address any athletic needs to help our program thrive!!! #GRIT
Baseball and softball are gearing up for a great season! Our girls head to Luling tomorrow for their 1st scrimmage, and the boys play an inter-squad scrimmage this Saturday.

This Saturday the Smithville High School Band students performed in the All Region Jazz Band as part of the Associaton of Texas Small Schools All Region Band Concerts at the Bastrop Performing Arts Center.
This concert featured the High School All Region Jazz Band along with the Middle School All Region Concert Bands. The High School Jazz Band only takes the top 20 students who audition and our Smithville saxophone team earned 1st chairs in the Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, and Baritone Saxophone sections! We even had a few of them improvise/make up music for their jazz solo on stage for the first time!
Our music students practiced from Friday evening to mid-day Saturday before putting on a full concert for a packed house on Saturday evening! We of course had a few food stops in between the practices and they gave a fantastic performance!
We'd like to congradulate our amazing High School and Middle School students for having a fantastic All Region Band Performance!

Hello Tiger Families,
Smithville ISD will return to our normal schedule tomorrow, Wednesday the 22nd. Buses will run at normal times and all activities will resume. This includes our morning and afterschool ACE programs.

This Saturday, 29 Smithville Band Students took part in the All Region Band Concerts in the Bastrop Performing Arts Center.
These students auditioned against over 300 students in the region and earned performances in the Concert, Symphonic and Wind Ensembles.
Special shout out to Callie Ruyle (alto saxophone) and Leslie Saldana (flute/piccolo) for performing amazing solos in the top Wind Ensemble!
We are super proud of all of our students who auditioned and performed this weekend! Great job guys!
