FOOTBALL KICKOFF TIME CHANGE
Tonight's varsity football game versus Navarro High School has been moved up to 6:00 pm.
Smithville and Navarro ISDs are making this change out of an abundance of caution due to incoming inclement weather later this evening. We hope this earlier start time will allow safe play for the duration of the game and allow the Navarro staff, students, and fans to return home safely before the storms arrive.
We appreciate your understanding and support. Please join us for our PINK OUT night honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

This Friday Night is our pink out game to recognize the awareness and fight against breast cancer.
Our players took time this morning to show their support by writing a personal letter to someone who is either fighting breast cancer or is a survivor just to let them know we are thinking about them and their courageous fight or victory over this disease. Here are just a few.

National School Bus Safety Week begins TODAY!
The theme this year is also a reminder: safety doesn’t begin or end with the bus ride. It’s about Safety at Every Stop—from the moment a child leaves their front door to the time they return home.
🛑 Stay alert. - Slow down in school zones and neighborhoods.
🛑 Stop for the bus. - Obey the stop-arm law every time—no exceptions.
🛑 Support accountability. - Technology and enforcement work hand in tandem to change driver behavior.
🛑 Raise awareness. - Share facts, resources, and personal stories that open eyes and change hearts.
Let's all help keep our buses a safe place for our students!
